These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Yorkshire Mould Removal website at yorkshiremouldremovals.co.uk and our enquiry and referral service. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Yorkshire Mould Removal is an independent enquiry and referral service. We do not directly employ technicians and we do not carry out mould removal ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, with your permission we pass your details to a vetted independent specialist covering your area. The specialist, not Yorkshire Mould Removal, carries out any assessment and treatment and provides any quotation.

No guarantee of outcome

We act as a referral service only. We do not guarantee the availability of a specialist in every area, the cost of any treatment, or the outcome of any assessment or remedial work. Any quotation, assessment or treatment is provided by the independent specialist and is subject to a separate agreement between you and that specialist.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting an enquiry.
• You must have the authority to request an assessment for the property in question.
• You must only submit content (including photographs) that you have the right to share.

Consent to referral

By submitting an enquiry and giving your consent, you authorise us to pass your personal information to a vetted independent specialist covering your area so they can contact you regarding an assessment and quotation. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this will not affect any referral already made.

Mould Evidence Pack

The Mould Evidence Pack is a tool that organises information you supply — photographs, dates and descriptions — into a formatted record. It is not a professional mould survey, laboratory test, medical diagnosis or legal advice. It does not prove the cause of mould or guarantee any legal outcome. The full Evidence Pack costs £29.99 (one-time), payable securely via Stripe. A case is only created as paid after Stripe has confirmed payment through a verified webhook.

Any landlord notification letter generated is an editable template. It does not threaten legal action or claim that any law has been breached. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the letter before sending it. The optional Human Review service (£79) is not available until clearly indicated as live on the page; no payment will be taken for it until then.

Referral consent is separate from purchasing the Evidence Pack and is entirely optional. You may build and purchase an Evidence Pack without consenting to a referral. Your case information and photographs are retained for up to 12 months, or until you request deletion. Secure sharing links expire after 30 days.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and design, is owned by Yorkshire Mould Removal or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our prior written permission.

Information accuracy

The information on this website, including our advice articles, is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional or legal advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. You should not rely on it as a substitute for a professional assessment of your property.

Health information
